Project Phoenix

Phoenix is an independent company in establishing, whose goal is the industrial application of nano-technology in the areas of production systems based on materials handling capabilities at the atomic and molecular levels. “Phoenix” is the result of a joint venture between “Green Triangele International d.o.o.” (a company registered and regulated by the laws of the Republic of Croatia) and “CLEVER-TECH CONSILT ltd” (a company registered and regulated by the laws of the Republic of Germany).

PROJECT H – EN

HYDROGEN PRODUCTION PLANT

Electrolysis water a method of separating elements by pushing an electric current through a water used to separate hydrogen and oxygen from water.Electrolysis isn’t the most efficient way to obtain hydrogen, but the hydrogen obtained by this process possesses a Substantial Warranty and is classified as pure green fuel. The production plant is located right next to the Solar Farm ( see: Project group → Energy From Renewable Sources → Project 1), eliminating inefficiency and achieving hydrogen production competitiveness.Architectural design aims to incorporate a rough industrial complex into nature.

Project UP – EN

UPGRADING OF THE EXISTING GAS STATIONS

Existing gas stations are facilities that sell gasoline, diesel and fuel based on liquefied or natural gas for motor vehicles. Most petrol stations are built in a similar way, with most underground fuel installations, vehicle filling areas with installed volumetric dispensers and pickup pipes are in the lobby while control and billing takes place inside the building, which are polyvalent buildings with integrated shopping and catering facilities.Gas stations are predominantly located in the protective belt along the 35-60 meter wide car road with built-in infrastructure, highway connections (entrance / exit), parking lots, and other amenities. Most of them are constructed according to the modular principle, and they have a high level of fire protection and protection against environmental pollution.

FUNCTIONAL SCHEME OF IMPLEMENTED SYSTEMS:

EXPANSION OF SALES ASSORTMENT

The application of new fuel for vehicle propulsion, such as electric motors, liquid hydrogen drives, hybrid drives drives a new era of automotive industry. All major automobile manufacturers are increasingly approaching production and are starting to produce a series of automotive fuels such as Toyota Mirai, BMW Hydrogen 7, Mazda RX-8, Tesla Model 3, Nikola trucks concept 1 and others. New drive requires new fuels. Project “UP – EN” is anticipating the upgrading of existing gas stations in a unique way. Along with the existing supply of gasoline, diesel and fuel based on liquefied natural gas, new types of fuel, hydrogen and electricity are introduced. This concept enables the fuel distributor to expand the range and connect to new car industry development trends as well as retain existing market positions.

SIMPLICITY OF UPGRADING

A complete intelligent solution provides a fast and efficient upgrade process without the need to close the existing gas station. By applying the modular principle, hybrid and composite materials, the new generation geo-technical anchors allow for extremely low implementation deadlines 30 – 60 days.

ECONOMIC BENEFITS

Electricity for charging electric cars is completely free and comes from a installed solar power plant positioned in the car road (there is no need for land acquisition, only concession expansion is needed). Produced energy is stored in GRAPHENE ELECTRO STORING (revolutionary technology), from which cars fills. Storage capacities can be adjusted to the filler requirements.

Liquid hydrogen for the filling of a car is obtained by an automatic electrolysis system that generates electricity which is completely free of charge and is obtained from an installed solar power plant positioned in the protective zone (no need for land acquisition, only extension of the concession). The production system is installed at the place of consumption and there are no transport costs.

The economic viability of any sales-based system, in this case the fuel is directly related to the number of customers. Potential risks for reducing the number of customers with this concept are minimized. Our solar power plants produce electricity continuously. When the electro-storage filled, and the underground reservoir for liquid hydrogen also filled, the generated electricity is automatically delivered to the into an electrical supply system through the inverters. Delivery of of surplus electricity generates significant economic benefits.

And when there are no buyers, the petrol station again generates profits.

GREEN FUEL TECHNOLOGIES

The “UP – EN” project uses nano technology to produce electricity through the solar photovoltaic system, which is the purest known way of obtaining electricity. Liquid hydrogen is produced by a fully automated process of electrolysis of water, compression and storage of hydrogen produced in underground tanks for which the energy obtained through solar photovoltaic systems is used. Over 85% of the world’s production Hydrogen is based on the production of hydrogen from fossil fuels (natural gas and coal) and by the extinction of forest biomass, and basically the hydrogen produced in such a way does not represent the true Green Fuel. The hydrogen degree of purity of ≥ 99.9% produced by electrolysis of water through the solar photovoltaic system represents genuine Green Fuel and meets all present and future certification requirements.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

By applying the principle of bionic architecture, the new segments tend to attract the attractiveness of existing stations and strongly influence the visual identity of the same.

Project E – TECH

Composites as multi-phase materials with pronounced high performance in mass, elasticities and solidity ratios, as well as possibilities to form parts and elements of the system, have taken an important place in the concept of integrated projects.

These attributes enable Bionic structures in the form of architectural structures, thus achieving the basic goals of freedom of form and the elimination of limits of constraining constructive factors, that’s why this material this material is included in the development of the concept of integrated projects through the separate project “E-TECH”

“E – TECH” will be an independent company whose goal is the Industrial production of elements of carbon fiber composite materials. “E – TECH” will be the result of a joint venture with a reputable partner from USA.The planned volume of production will be divided between commercial (70%) and development (30%). Commercial production includes the manufacture of parts for the airline industry. Developmental production includes the design and production of bionic architecture elements within the implementation of the concept of integrated projects.Production facilities are conceived as “Green Industries” and architectural design aims to incorporate a rough industrial complex into nature. The production plant is located right next to the Cogeneration plant based on gasification of biomass(see: Project group → Renewable energy → Project 2), thus achieving competitiveness of production.
Project “E – TECH” is the backbone of project development projects from the Advanced Sustainable Construction and Biologically Inspired Engineering projects →

Project BLUE PEARL

The first principle of the project is the concept of a circular economy, which represents a regenerative system in which resource input and waste, emission, and energy leakage are minimised by slowing, closing, and narrowing material and energy loops. The second principle of the project is the concept of Energy Independence. This concept provides long-term sources of free energy from renewable sources. Solar modules produce electricity that drives seawater desalination to produce drinking water. As solar energy can only be produced in daylight, the concept introduces the “Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power Generator”, which generates electricity with no sunlight through the electrochemical reaction of hydrogen fuel with oxygen. To provide fuel (hydrogen) for the “Fuel Cell Power Generator”, some of the solar modules are powered by “Hydrogen Electrolyser”. “Hydrogen Electrolyser” produces are pure Hydrogen and pure oxygen. A portion of pure oxygen is delivered to the “Fuel Cell Power Generator”, and the remainder represents a byproduct.Pure oxygen (a byproduct in hydrogen production) is used in the smaller part for commercial use as medical and diving oxygen. Most of the pure oxygen is used to raise the quality of seawater (content of dissolved oxygen in water) in the Aquaculture project for commercial farming of fish, shellfish and algae .With this concept the circle is completely closed. No energy losses, all by-products have their market value. The project is fully sustainable.
